Over the last couple of years, that terrible thing that happened has had an impact on all of our lives. Way back in October 2020, some lovely wedding industry people got together for a micro wedding styled shoot. The rules for weddings were ever-changing and we were all a bit fed up we couldn’t do our jobs. We were armed with hand sanitiser and masked up.
Shelley from Ambience Venue Styling had chosen an Autumnal theme and styled an intimate wedding ceremony set up as well as a wedding breakfast. Matt from Wedding Venue Lighting provided a maple leaf light-up tree, matching Shelley’s styling.
Tanya is the wedding coordinator at Hollins Hall and allowed us to use The Bronte Suite. Hollins Hall has several options for wedding ceremonies and wedding breakfasts. The Bronte Suite perfectly allowed for social distancing and for a micro wedding to conform to the rules in place at that moment in time.
I managed to persuade my daughter to do some modelling for us and was very lucky that Tracy and Taylor, who had recently taken over Baildon Bridal Boutique were happy to get involved. Tracy and Taylor brought a selection of beautiful wedding dresses from their shop in Baildon village.
